BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft shortening
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 c. blueberries

Mix all ingredients together except blueberries; mix well, then roll blueberries in flour and fold in mixture. I use a jelly roll pan, recipe could be cut in half if you use 9"x12"x2" glass pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. soft butter

Combine and crumble on top of mixture. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375 degrees, 350 degrees for a glass pan.
