CHILI (CROCK POT) 
Approximately 1 lb. ground beef
2 (15-16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. green pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
1 to 2 tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, crushed or garlic powder
Approximately 1 tbsp. parsley
Salt
Pepper

In a medium skillet, saute the ground beef for about 15 minutes to remove excess fat. Drain. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Place all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low setting for approximately 7 hours (on high setting for about 3 1/2 hours).

One hour before serving, taste for seasoning and add additional chili powder, if necessary.
