CHILI HOT POT 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can pork & beans
1 c. beef stock
1 oz. oil
1.5 lb. potatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper
Melted butter

In large frying pan, heat oil. Fry onions until soft. Add hamburger and fry until browned. Season well with salt and pepper. Stir in chili powder. Add pork and beans. Pour into a baking dish.

Peel and slice potatoes (not too thick) and layer on top of hamburger mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour beef stock over and brush the top layer of potatoes with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serves 4.
