MINESTRONE 
1 lb. Italian sausage, fried & drained
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced carrots
2 cans beef broth
1 qt. water
1 can kidney beans
1 can white kidney beans
1 can green or Italian beans
1 sliced zucchini, 10" long
1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
12 oz. cooked & drained pasta
1 c. burgundy
Parmesan cheese

In large pot saute in oil the onion and garlic. Add sausage, celery, carrots, broth and water; simmer until carrots are tender. Add beans and zucchini and simmer 5 more minutes. Add spaghetti sauce, pasta and burgundy. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with cheese (to sprinkle on soup) and Italian bread.
