CHINESE APPLE-CHICKEN DISH 
1 whole chicken breasts, cut in 1" cubes
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 piece ginger, crushed
2 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, cut up
1 med. onion, cut up
Salt
Cooking wine (opt.)
1 red apple, unpeeled & cut up
1/2 c. apple cider
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Stir fry first six ingredients. Salt to taste. Mix last three ingredients together to make a thickening paste and bring to a boil. Toss in apple and serve.
