MEXICAN ROLL - UP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. burrito or taco seasoning
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
1/4 c. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. grated cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Add seasoning and water. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in shortening. Add milk. Mix lightly. Turn onto floured board; knead 1/2 minute. Roll into 10 x 12 inch rectangle. Spread filling to 1/2 inch of edges. Sprinkle cheese on top. Roll up like a jelly roll; seal edges. Bake in lightly greased cake pan at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
