MEXICAN PECAN ROLLS 
1 stick soft butter
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. flour less 2 tbsp.
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all above. Roll into walnut size balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cool and roll in powdered sugar. Mixture will be very stiff.
