MEXICAN ROLL - UPS 
8 oz. boiled ham
16 oz. cream cheese
2 sm. cans chopped green chilies
2 sm. cans pitted black olives, chopped
1 sm. can corn, drained (if desired)

Mix all of the above together. Have 1 or 2 packages whole wheat tortillas, 8 inch size. Spread mix over tortillas and roll tightly like a jelly roll; chill overnight. Slice 1 inch thick. Makes 5 dozen.
