MEXICAN CHEESE ROLLS 
1 loaf French bread or rolls
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 sm. can Ortega chilies
1 can tomato sauce
2 or 3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 sm. can chopped black olives
6 hard boiled eggs, grated
1/2 c. oil
3 or 4 green onions, chopped

Cut bread or rolls lengthwise and hollow out. Combine rest of ingredients. Spread into hollowed out bread. Heat in preheated 325 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Serve hot. This makes a large amount.
