MEXICAN ROLL UPS 
3 (8 oz.) bars cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
10 green onions, chopped
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 tbsp. Picante sauce (hot, med. or mild)
Juice of 1 lime
1 pkg. of 8 big flour tortillas

Mix together. Spread on tortillas. Roll in wax paper. Let set overnight. Cut and serve with Picante sauce.
