ZUCCHINI DIP 
1 cup finely shredded zucchini, squeezed dry
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
assorted fresh veggies, for dipping

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour until well chilled. Serve with veggies.

Makes 2 cups.
