PUMPKIN SQUARES 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. white sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until all blended. Pour into greased and floured 17 x 11 x 3/4 cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. When it has cooled down, it can be frosted.

Frosting:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. milk
