COLORFUL FRUIT SALAD 
4 c. melon balls
1/2 lb. strawberries, sliced
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1 kiwi, peeled and diced
1/2 c. blueberries
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
1/8 c. brandy (optional)
1/2 tsp. almond extract

In large bowl, combine all fruits. In small bowl stir together orange juice, honey, brandy and almond extract. Pour mixture over fruit and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
