Four Layer Delight Cake - Recipe

FOUR LAYER DELIGHT CAKE

1st:

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 stick butter, softened
1/4 c. nuts (pecans)

Mix and spread in bottom of 9 x 13 dish.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.

2nd:

1 c. confectioners sugar
1 or 2 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Beat together and spread on #1.

3rd:

2 boxes instant pudding
3 c. milk

Spread on #2.

4th:

Cool Whip

Spread rest of Cool Whip on top.

You can use any kind of instant pudding you like. We've eaten this with lemon, butterscotch and chocolate pudding. It's all good!
