HEALTHY BREAKFAST BAGEL 
PER SERVING:

9-grain bagel
1 egg white
pre-cooked bacon
1 cheese slice

Toast bagel. Fry egg white. Microwave bacon for 10 to 15 seconds to warm.

Put egg white on bagel half, then bacon, then slice of cheese, top with other warm bagel half. Enjoy!
