LEMON-MUSTARD CHICKEN 
6 skinless chicken breasts, halved
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. tarragon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in shallow baking pan. In small saucepan melt butter. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, salt and tarragon. Pour over chicken and bake for 45 minutes or until done. Spoon sauce over chicken.
