MUSTARD LEMON BROILED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves, on the bone (6 oz. each)

1. Combine lemon juice, oil, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Place chicken in single layer non aluminum dish. Pour marinade over; turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.

2. Broil chicken, skin-side down on broiler-pan rack, 5 inches from heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until no longer pink near bone; turn and baste with marinade every 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
