GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 to 2 layer pkg. cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 egg, well beaten

Grease 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Line with waxed paper. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in cake pan. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour over pecans and coconut. Combine butter, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and egg in mixer bowl; mix well. Spread over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cool in pan. Invert onto serving tray. Remove waxed paper. Makes 20 servings.
