CHICKEN BAKE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. diced celery
2 c. boiling water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-2 lbs. chicken (legs, thighs, breasts)
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Mix rice, celery, water, soups in a 9"x13" baking pan. Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
