PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients. Add water, vinegar, vanilla and oil. Add peanut butter. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ICING:

2 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 c. chocolate syrup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
Chopped peanuts (optional)

Combine chocolate syrup and semi-sweet chocolate in heavy saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer chocolate mixture to large bowl. Stir in 2 cups peanut butter, then powdered sugar, then milk. Continue stirring until smooth. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
