CHICKEN LORENZO 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast strips
1/2 bag frozen broccoli
Contadina seasoned crumbs
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, steamed or raw (optional)
Oil or water or milk
Lg. baked potatoes, halved
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Garlic salt or powder for taste

Boil broccoli until tender, not mushy. Roll each piece of chicken in crumbs and fry or bake until tender and juicy. Melt butter in saucepan over medium low heat, do not burn. Stir in flour until it is absorbed. Add about 1-2 cups milk stirring mixture. Cook until beginning to thicken. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth. Drain broccoli. Halve potatoes opened upward on plate with chicken. Lay broccoli over potatoes and pour cheese sauce over top of all. Garnish with mushrooms.
