CHICKEN TOPPER 
2 lb. chicken, boned
1 can mushroom soup
1 can potato soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper
Dash of garlic

Combine soups; mix and add all other ingredients except cheese. Heat to slow boil. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Serve over rice or baked potato.
