NO COOK COCONUT PASTEL BONBONS 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Food coloring
1 c. grated coconut

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until soft and smooth. Beat in confectioner's sugar gradually until well blended. Beat in vanilla, salt, and food coloring. Cover and refrigerate. One hour later: Shape dough into small balls and roll in plate full of grated coconut. Put bonbons on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate several hours. Variation: Omit food coloring and instead of coconut, roll 1 cup chopped nuts.
