1 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 12 oz. box of Crispix or Chex
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in large pan. Add cereal and stir gently until coated. Place sugar in large bag and add cereal mixture. Shake until coated. Pour in to 10 x 15-inch pan.
