CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. chicken
1 carrot, shredded
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. bag egg noodles

Boil chicken, carrots and onions until done. Take chicken from bone, put back in broth. Add noodles. Cook noodles 15 minutes. Pour in casserole pan. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
