BEULAH'S CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. beef Echrich sausage, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 bell pepper, cut up
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. Bob Evans beef sausage, crumble

Cook sausage; add carrots, pepper and tomatoes. Cut up cabbage and add to meat mixture. Cook until done.
