“CRANBERRY RASPBERRY RELISH” IS IN:

CRANBERRY RASPBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, finely chopped
2 cans whole cranberries
2 tart, green apples, peeled and cored
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 10·oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
1 tsp. lemon juice or to taste
chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and blend coarsely in a food processor. May be refrigerated in a tightly closed glass jar for up to 1 month.

Makes 6 cups.
