CRANBERRY AND RASPBERRY RELISH | |
1 lb. whole cranberries, washed 2 tart apples 10 oz. frozen raspberries 1/2 c. orange marmalade 1 lemon 1 scant c. sugar Place cranberries in food processor. Chop by turning on once and then off rapidly. Repeat once again and berries should be relish sized texture. Hand chop the apples to a fine size and add to cranberries, along with the box of thawed raspberries. Juice the lemon and add to the mixture, add the sugar and then add the orange marmalade. Mix well with wooden spoon and store in refrigerator in lidded container. Good for cold chicken, turkey and meats. Keeps 10 days. |
