ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift first 5 ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix in all remaining ingredients except nuts. Stir in nuts. Bake in 2 greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pans at 350 degrees for 60 to 80 minutes. Bread is done when toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack.
