CARROT - PINEAPPLE MUFFINS 
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs

Beat above together. 1 c. grated carrot 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Mix. 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix these ingredients. Mix wet and dry ingredients and stir in carrot mix. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 dozen.
