CHOCOLATE AND OATS BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1 c. nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter, mix, save 1/2 cup. Press remaining mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Add remaining oatmeal mixture. Press down and bake 25 or 30 minutes.
