CHICKEN KABOBS 
16 chicken "tenders" (1 lb. strips boneless chicken)

MARINADE:

2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. minced green onion
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Add chicken, turn to coat well. Thread chicken on skewers. Arrange on 12 inch round microwave proof platter in a fan shape. Micro on high for 3 1/2 minutes. Reverse skewers so the chicken in the center is now on the outside. Microwave for 3-4 1/2 more minutes, or until chicken is done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
