CHICKEN BAKE 
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions, divided
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed & drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix half the cheese, 1/2 onions, chicken, vegetables, soup, milk and seasonings together in a separate bowl. Put into casserole. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered about 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with rest of cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
