1 (1 lb. 2 1/2 oz.) pkg. devil's food cake mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. solid vegetable shortening
Confectioners' sugar

Combine cake mix, eggs, water and shortening. Mix with spoon until well blended. Shape into small balls. Roll in sugar. Bake on greased baking sheets at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Quick and delicious.
