MOLDED AMBROSIA SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 c. grated coconut
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add pineapple and cool. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into six cup mold. Chill until firm. Serves 12.
