1 sm. can undiluted evaporated milk
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
2 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. BLAIR orange flavoring
1 tbsp. flaked coconut, garnish
1 to 2 drops BLAIR red food coloring
1 to 2 drops BLAIR yellow food coloring
2 tsp. lemon juice

Gradually stir evaporated milk into marshmallow cream. Add orange juice concentrate and remaining ingredients. Chill; serve over fruit or cake, sprinkle with coconut if desired.
