AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 pkg. orange-pineapple or orange Jello
2 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. hot water and mandarin orange juice
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 c. dark grapes (halved)
Sm. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello and sugar in the hot water and orange juice - total of 1 3/4 cups. When Jello is partially set, whip with electric mixer until foamy. Fold in the Cool Whip. Add the mandarin oranges and grapes.
