2 sticks butter
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
2 sm. pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix butter, flour and nuts together and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread on top of crust. Mix pudding and milk; spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
