TOP LEMON DELIGHT 
1 lg. lemon Jello
1 size (2 1/2 can) crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
4 bananas
1/2 c. walnuts

Set as regular Jello.

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 slightly beaten eggs

Cook in double boiler until thick. Let cool. Fold in 1/2 pint whipped cream. Spread over Jello. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
