LEMON DELIGHT SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
Small Cool Whip
10 oz. can crushed pineapple
Small can mandarin orange sections

Dissolve Jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Pour Jello into softened cream cheese; mix. Add Cool Whip, mix well, add drained orange sections. Stir in pineapple. Pour into container to jell.
