NORWEGIAN PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. melted butter

Sift flour and salt. Add milk and eggs and beat all together well. Have spider hot 8" fry pan and for each pancake add 1 tablespoon fat or any other vegetable shortening over pan. Pour in a little batter, tilt pan back and forth so batter will spread over bottom. When brown, turn and brown on other side. P.S. These are same pancakes made at Brothers Three Restaurant.
