1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts

Combine 1/2 of cake mix, eggs, butter, brown sugar and water. Blend well. Add the other half of cake mix, chocolate chips and nuts. Bake in well greased and floured jelly roll pan in 350 to 375 degree oven approximately 20 minutes.
