ITALIAN CHEESECAKE 
Graham Cracker Crumbs - enough to cover bottom of pan
1 lb. Ricotta Cheese
1 lb. Cream Cheese
1 pt. Sour Cream
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 tbsp. Corn Starch
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Grease a spring form pan and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into greased pan. Do not pre-heat oven.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Leave in oven until cool.
