CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Stir well and pour into long glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45-50 minutes.
