CREAMY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. onions, chopped
30 Ritz crackers, crushed
16 oz. container sour cream

Mix together soup, onion, cheese, and sour cream. Mix well. Add hash browns to mixture and mix well.

In 11x13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam, pour in potato mixture. Mix melted butter and crackers, sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until hot and bubbly.
