BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
4 oz. noodles
2 c. chopped broccoli
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
3 c. milk

Cook onions in oil in large pot. Add the 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the bouillon cubes then add the noodles, broccoli and cook 8 minutes. Salt, pepper and garlic powder; add to suit your taste. Add the cheese and milk and heat until cheese is melted.
