BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 c. chopped onions
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. pkg. very fine noodles
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. salt
20 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
6 c. milk
1 lb. soft cheese (Velveeta)

Saute onions in oil 3 minutes. Add water and cubes; boil until cubes dissolve. Add noodles and boil, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Stir in frozen broccoli, salt, and garlic. Cook 4 minutes, then add milk and cubed cheese. Add pepper as desired. Cook until cheese melts. Don't scorch.
