POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring (Molly McButter)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. oil

Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl for 2-3 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Mix together 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup orange juice, and 1/2 teaspoon each vanilla extract, butter flavoring and almond extract.

Pour over bread as soon as it comes out of the oven. Let loaves cool. This bread freezes well.
