SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. (8 oz.) Ricotta or cottage cheese
Spaghetti sauce (homemade or 15 oz. jar)
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in cheese and eggs. Press into a buttered 10 inch pie plate or any casserole dish. Spread ricotta cheese over the spaghetti crust and pour sauce over this. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top and bake 5 minutes longer.
