HOT CHEESE TRIANGLES 
1 loaf white bread, thinly sliced
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Remove crusts from bread and cut bread into quarters. Place butter and cheese in top of double boiler and melt over hot water. Fold in beaten egg whites. Dip each bread square into cheese mixture and stack 3 high on a cookie sheet. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours. Remove from freezer and cut squares into triangles. Wrap well and return to freezer. When ready to serve, remove desired number from freezer and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 30 to 40 pieces.
